Apparently the city reads here. There’s now constant police presence at Walmart. You can’t sleep over until after the election and perhaps until Walmart funds a Huether trust.

He can take turns on his stroll with all the Council members who voted to approve the shelter WITHOUT a management plan to protect the surrounding neighborhood!!
I wonder how that number will change once Daugaard lets a few 100 felons loose on the city? I am pretty sure the state does not have a well thought out plan there either.

BTW, the Council vote was unanimous.
