I don’t have all the details yet. But I’m sure there is going to be a lot of questions why a company that was invested in Hultgren Construction, a company that is being investigated for an accidental death, was chosen to work on a tax payer project. I hope we learned our lesson from Mortenson and the ramshackle job they did on the EC and the council REJECTS any funding for a parking ramp that is being built by a company being investigated by OSHA.

I can’t believe the administration would be so brazen to even suggest such a partnership. So idiotic.

This is so ridiculous. Why would we pick a company that cuts corners? I know Lloyds isn’t perfect, but they seemed like the clear team that at least was qualified and experienced enough to get the project done.

I think mmm has done enough damage to Sioux Falls. We really need another ramp when one sits at 8th and Minnesota not really used. Plus we’ll have parking elsewhere since event center wasn’t put downtown. Let’s let the next hubris hose us. No fed monies coming to bail us out unless we achieve a murder rate like Chicago.

This is the only way for the private investors to get their money out of this ponzi before it collapses. Wish they cared as much for the laborers.
