Uptown Phase I Plan (10 Years Ago!)

Remember, this was proposed 10 years ago. Many things did NOT happen. Notice they are asking the two parcels be split up into two different payments and that part of the TIF goes toward the purchase (Craig Lloyd’s assumption). He makes a comment that waiting on the EPA could take several years. This is from July 16, 2007 (FF: 13:30).

    Your YouTube collection is very good. Thanks. Wish there were a good way to search it. Best I’ve found is the YouTube search engine. For instance, “sioux falls budget” brings us some interesting results. Did you realize just 5 years ago the city budget was 100 million less than it is today?

    Phear, stay tuned there will be a BIG announcement in a few days concerning how to search the videos. We need to finish the loading of videos before the process will move to the next step. As you may notice we are now over 900 SIRE Council Chamber videos on-line. The list is planned to be over 1350 by end of week.

    SouthDacola is a true “Democracy Wall.” I definitely know who will be standing in front of the tanks someday, so it’s merely a question of when the tanks will show up…. And when they do, they will probably be disguised as religious snowplows…. 😉
