If anyone attended, could you send me picts?

When your corner of the state is not known for scenery, you paint your snowplows. What amazes me is the city doesn’t approve wall murals but endorses graffiti on expensive city machinery. Then, to rub it in, they let religious organizations take the name of the lord in vain. It’s no surprise that this ceremony has become a historic event. There’s no focus on art in the schools so once a year there’s this release meant for frustrated artistic students.
