Why are these meetings always at noon? Are you attempting to provide lunchtime entertainment?
The problem with watching paint dry is that it just gets duller. Especially, if you use flat paint. Most politicians are into latex, however. It covers well, maintains a scheme, I mean a sheen, and offers a potential white wash.
