They just posted this job on Indeed on Friday. Now if the Supreme Court can verify that Recreational is also legal we can change our economy in South Dakota. Besides the millions in tax revenue and the millions we will save on justice costs related to decriminalization, much, much more will be created in job and business growth. As I have told people, South Dakota would be getting a whole new tourism industry. Recreational is NOT legal in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Montana or Wyoming. You get the picture.

Anyone who believes white people will ever be able to grow or sell cannabis legally in South Dakota is delusional.

Maybe someday South Dakota’s lunatic legislature will approve a statute where cannabis-based edibles and topicals would be sold by pharmacies but no flower or smoking.

If the Neanderthal South Dakota Legislature had any integrity or ethics (they don’t) they would empower the tribal nations trapped in South Dakota to be the sole cannabis industry producers in the state (they won’t).

Pot enforcement cost is high. The time for arrest, jail, bond, and trial is not worth it for a little pot. Hard drugs have become especially addicting and serious. The kid hawking a joint is harmless compared to meth/coke drug dealers with automatic weapons.
