No better time then now to investigate Jackley and his role in both of those scandals. I suggest a bipartisan legislative group employ independent counsel to re-open the investigations. I started thinking about this after someone recently sent me this photo of Mike Myers and Lora Hubbel ‘shooting holes’ in the 5-foot branch theory that Richard Benda shot himself.
Dallas has the magic bullet, while EB5 the twig theory. Both are theories, but theories were meant to be proven or disproven and not merely be an assumed explanation.
One bullet can change the world, but if it involves a twig and a long gun, then that might be just a stretch, however, which could use some magic.

The Governor HAS demonstrated that she is happy to use her office to influence and drive prosecution in matters, both criminal and political.
However, after bludgeoning Jackley in the 2018 gubernatorial primary, Noem seems no longer interested to further hinder Jackley from resuming his campaign for Governor.
We are all simply supposed to forget that he presided over a workplace of sexual harassment.
Others have neither the juice nor interest to rekindle any investigation in these matters.
The only hope for further attention will be for a political opponent of Jackley to re-excavate these incidents in a future political contest.
His entire career should be low hanging fruit in the world of political oppo research … and would be anywhere, except South Dakota.
