NixonHaken’s direct call to Jo – instead of a comment to the Facebook universe as a response – demonstrates what a prosecutor would call a “consciousness of guilt.”
The facts of what was on the actual voicemail don’t reflect well on your candidate, so you make a joke about it. I wonder if that will fool anybody.
I think the point is it was poor judgment to leave the VM to begin with, no matter it’s purpose.
lmao…
Matt,
A true Dutch Reformer would respond on Facebook honestly and with openness, but only a “Dutch Mafia” type would make the call.
So, what’s wrong with leaving a voicemail asking your opponent to keep the campaign positive and not go negative? How is that poor judgment?
Let’s be honest. The real poor judgment is trying to persuade the Argus to run a story conflating an alleged hacking attempt with a voice mail from a month ago that had nothing to do with the hacking attempt and everything to do with Paul’s effort to run a positive campaign.
Because it is fair to assume that if he had left it to a Facebook comment, or respond, the threat part would have been left out…
If she thought that was ‘scary and intimidating’ I can’t wait to see her after a few public inputs sessions. Them big meanies are really scary! Time to cool the council chambers for the Snowflakes!
So as I try to figure out the timeline. Jo goes to the SFPD and says that she has been hacked and oh yea, I have this threatening voicemail too. Then she leaves there and heads straight to the Argus to give them the story. One of the few times I think the Argus really got it right on releasing info on the voicemail. I be they were ROFL after listening to that . Now way is she mayoral material. I also find it fascinating that people think it was wrong of Paul to pick up the phone and call her. That is what I most admire about the whole thing. He did go after her on social media and attack her, instead he called her. Grow up!
SD Sue,
So you are saying he attacked her by phone? How? With a threat? Your words further speak to PTH’s actions as a prima fascia example of what prosecutors call “consciousness of guilt.”
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha!
