There are a lot of transplants. Perhaps the subzero weather will send some home. When you think about it, the east has hurricanes and the west has fires or hurricanes. Once they arrive, they realize it the quality of life is better here. No gangs, low crime, less cost of living, favorable taxes, entertainment, and community involvement. Certainly not LA or NYC.
