Wow! you mean the mayor doesn’t have to test them year after year after year to ensure they are safe for us kiddo’s??

  2. It’s like Mike’s ‘abortion’ issue. If abortion became illegal, Republicans wouldn’t have any issues to bitch about. If snowgates get approved by the citizens, Mike can’t keep testing them every year.

The alternative to this cartoon could be from the snow plow driver’s perspective looking out the cab of his plow window. Scene 1 – Looking out of window at the driveway making sure to set the snow gate at the right time because he wouldn’t want to put any snow on the driveway. Scene 2 – Again looking out the window paying extremely close attention to the driveway to make sure the snow gate is lifted at the correct time. Scene 3 – A child pops out onto the road and the snow plow driver runs over him (EQUALS SAD FACE ON THE DRIVER :() He was too distracted making sure he didn’t get snow on someone’s driver, therefore didn’t have the opportunity to watch the road and his surroundings. Just sayin….

  4. The driver shouldn’t have to spend that much time looking out the window. Actually when cars are parked on the street the snowplow driver has to watch out for them too.

  5. Skyblue – LOL! Have you ever drove a tractor on a farm doing field work? If you can’t multi-task, you can’t do the job, same goes for snowplow operators. They make very good money for what they do, if it is too hard for them to press a button on approach of a driveway and hit the same button while passing the driveway, they need to get in another line of work.
