He guessed that I was a shoe collector. In fact I haven’t thrown away a pair of Converse All Stars for over 20 years.

Todd should give up lawyering and become a palm reader.

  1. About how many pairs of Converse All Stars do you have?

Do you ever put them all in your bed and sleep with them?

  2. Windsor, I used to wear Chuck Taylor Converse All-Stars when I played basketball Back In The Day. Worst. Basketball. Shoes. Ever. Got a pair of those new fangled Adidas Shelltoes and couldn’t believe how much better my feet felt when I played basketball. And that was in 1975. The All-Stars will make your feet flat. No arch support. No ankle support. You’d be better off wearing flipflops.

And damn, that’s a lot of old shoes.

P.S. Finally got the “joke” re your shoe post. Nunn-Bush (None-Bush) shoes. I smiled wanly, Windsor.

  3. Maybe that explains why the Ramones always were sloached over when playing gigs, poor arch support.
