Snowbanks are deep and dangerous for Munchkin Mike. You’d think he’d implement them without a vote. He has the power. For a banker and (his opinion) businessman, you’d think he’d realize 100K cost will hardly make one months interest for the 200 million or so he’s short for the events center.
