I saw the private cell phone video. The man was down and immobile yet police beat and tazed him. It was abuse that seemed racial. Police refuse to use body cameras so they can get away with manslaughter. When you see a police stop, record it. We must protect ourselves. The city has 370 million that should be awarded to this George Floyd.

Wasn’t it 50 years ago this month (April 30th), that unrest broke out during a criminal trial involving members of the American Indian Movement, who were on trial at the Minnehaha County Courthouse (Court Administration Building, now.) here in Sioux Falls? Later, that night, after the unrest, AIM Leader Russell Means called upon indigenous people from throughout the North American continent to converge upon Sioux Falls in protest…. AND, they say that history repeats itself, or is it that it never changes sometimes?

( and Woodstock adds: “It will be interesting to see if the local media picks up on this 50th anniversary date, or would a food truck in front of the Court Administration Building be more politically palatable to most?”… )

Only some 83 years after Wounded Knee:

KELO brushed this off. Only a short segment. They said incident was last month. Nice try. It was last week that so happened to be last month but not 30 days ago. ACLU here is focusing on native Americans. Pick this. Otherwise, a civil lawsuit.

There’s a reason federal police keep Sioux Falls police off VA property. If you don’t have body cameras, we’ll do video you must subpoena but free for plaintiffs.
