I watched the council meeting last night, and I will have to commend Mayor Munson, he didn’t cut a single person off during public testimony. Must have picked up a copy of the US Constitution and read it yesterday before the meeting.

And you wanna know why Mayoral Munsin didn’t cut off those nice folks last night? My Granny Gumption said it like this: 1. Those kind and decent pee-oed folks weren’t wearing hippy hats, 2) those respectful and considerate citizens didn’t go over their 5 minutes of their city-ordinanced allotted “whiney” time, and 3) those normal and nicely dressed people weren’t hippies!
