Here we go again, the city is trying to sneak a major change order into the construction of the questionably legal indoor pool at Spellerberg Park.

Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) is a sophisticated maneuver around council review and public reporting. I’m amazed the council doesn’t get it and hasn’t tried to stop it. This mayor is leading the city into default. There’s no budget, deep debt, and no credit left but Huether keeps spending with daddy’s credit card.
