  1. Where’s the big excited crowd? There seems to always be a dozen or so paid audience for Huether sermons. Everything about this has been obstruction. We didn’t vote for it. It’s on federal land. There was no competitive bid process. Cry now Huether. We’ll save our tears for when bond payments are due and there’s no money for city maintenance.

  2. It’s Open! The clarion calls are blaring! It opened with a mayoral splash and we’ve seen enough to fill a large bucket!

The Sioux River flood prevention bonding project is now up and running in Sioux Falls for all to enjoy paying for. Our multi-million dollar river of tears is flowing and spilling.

Even if you never use the new Midco Aquatics Center at Spellerberg Park you get to help enjoy the 50 to 70 years of deficits Sioux Falls voters will have to pay. October 12, 2016 will mark the end of many other projects in Sioux Falls due to the extravagance our crying mayor has given us.

By the way, who gets emotional over a pool? Why does he never wipe away an actual tear when he cries? Just wondering.

  3. So….you want to swim a few laps after a hard days work at the new snofox aquatics center. Think again.

  4. There is a recurring theme with this guy.

Event Center and sales tax revenue? Jury still out on that one. The snofox aquatics center? Adult day pass and season pass costs will double by 2020. Just like our city water rates, do not be surprised if costs quadruple in a decade.
