The EC is there. Huether ramrodded it without a vote. It’s thwarted the city into debt that can’t be serviced. It’s an inferior design that was overbudget. Nobody shows up for public input because it’s a major embarrassment. When you elect a credit card crook for mayor, you get plastic and debt without purpose or equity.
