I stumbled across this forum of District 15 candidates and I can honestly tell you the only candidate that knew what they were talking about was the unopposed candidate, Angie Buhl. Thank Gawd she showed up, or this would have been a hot dog without relish and mustard.

I know I am a smartass, crass, prick sometimes, but when I watch these forums I want to cry when I see how little these dill weeds know about local and state government. My turds are more knowledgeable, without even trying, (or pushing).

. . . and BTW, Jenna needs to buy a new outfit, seriously. And Martha wins the ‘Chic’ glasses debate (and I’m not being a smartass or prick).

Honestly this debate just makes me hungry . . . or a hotdog with relish and mustard.

13 Thoughts on “Really? This is the best we can offer?

  1. So have you offered to teach them something or will you just be happy with denigrating them? I mean geez, ragging on someone for wearing the same clothes? That’s low.

I understand that it’s cringeful to watch new candidates…but at least they are running…and putting themselves out there…unlike others…

Oh wait, try some in my county!! Yours looks like boy and girl genius compared to Jeff Dunn. His article in the paper was how shocked he was that not more people knew him when he went door to door. I mean he lived in Minneapolis for 20 years. All that is left is for him to declare that he did not vote for Pelosi 90 % of the time.

  4. So we should applaud them because they are running? Huh? Do you hire an electrician to do your plumbing? No. We should elect people who are knowledgeable on the issues. That’s who should be running.

I just found it funny everytime Jenna makes a public appearance she is wearing the same outfit that is on her signs and and publicity shots. If she gets elected, don’t you think that outfit will get a little dingy after 40 days in Pierre? It is a cowtown afterall.

  5. My guess is wearing the same thing helps people make the correct associations between the different places they see the candidate. Marketing strategy? As far as being knowledgeable about the issues, there are many elected legislators who don’t know hardly anything about the budget when they are elected. Having the correct philosophy is the most important. Obama for instance, seems to know a lot of facts, but I don’t agree with his philosophy or beliefs or what he thinks government should do. I’d rather have a plumber as the president, because plumbers don’t try to defy the laws of gravity, they work with it. (which is what enormous deficit and inflationary spending is)

  6. Lewis- good thing we don’t have to worry about that!

  7. Trent – There needs to be a balance of philosophy and knowledge. I know a lot of idiots who listen to punk rock music, but it doesn’t stop me from listening to it. Just because you may philisophically agree with someone doesn’t mean we should let them write laws they have no knowledge about.

Hm, Jenna in the ‘same ol outfit’ or the hogger on the right with the Birkenstock glasses…sign me up Jenna

  9. Once again, Buzz, you prove how some Republican men vote, with their dicks.

I thought it was really scary how Shaw in District 13 appeared to not be familiar with the “Arizona Law.”

  11. I saw that. She is nuts. I’m so sick and tired of people running for office that don’t have any knowledge about the issues.

Is Angie the fat chick in the middle?

  13. There is 4 of them, there is no one in the middle.
