I got this insert in my water bill today and noticed Sioux Falls’ most kickass R & R band will be playing the main stage, The Blues Bashers, or as the city calls them the Blues Basher Band. I asked Rocco if I could write the playlist, but that probably won’t happen. I told him it will probably be the largest SF crowd he has ever played for besides JazzFest. They feed the first 5,000 for free, and the stage will be setup next to the food line. I think they should open with this tune;

In the future (from Harrisburg) I can always enjoy these nazi propaganda parties without being taxed for them. Thanks Sioux Falls. Now do an EC where I can watch monster trucks and cage wrestling tax free.

Ever since this bash started I have wondered how much it costs the tax payers.
I think it is entirely private funds that support it. Even though, there probably are some city costs involved with traffic control during the parade and probably some parks and rec costs with cleanup at falls park. But I will commend Munson for making this a privately funded venture from the beginning.
