The complete meltdown of the SD Democratic Party’s financials and the mysterious absence of our State’s attorney has been in the news cycle recently. While I have a lot I would like to say, I decided that I will let these matters sort out themselves. There is a lot of rumors and gossip going around about both issues and until the truth comes out, it just wouldn’t be fair to speculate (even though I do that a lot).
Also, I don’t give a sh*t about either issue. Really, I don’t.
In other news, Sioux Falls City Councilor Greg Neitzert will have at least one challenger this Spring. The announcement is coming this month, but most people probably already know who it is. I have never met this person, but if I had to sum up the race today, Greg would beat him. I think the only way to knock Neitzert out is to use the silly 50+1 rule against him and have multiple people run in his district.
At this point I have neither recruited or assisted anyone for a city council race for the upcoming Spring election.
In my opinion, what should have been a Three Mile Island has become a Chernobyl, because political leaders within the SDDP, both paid and not paid, took the summer off.
I myself think, he is finally holding a Copper Lounge grand jury in an undisclosed location.
If Dem’s can’t qualify for a credit card, we’re destined to always be indentured Republicans.
Isn’t the states attorney in the far NW side of the state doing ‘Listen and Learn’ with Huether? The jackrabbits are all ears but the antelope can’t be herd.
My sense is that Greg’s opponent hasn’t really talked to anyone that is serving currently or has served on the council before deciding to run. I think Greg is pretty popular still, has good name ID and will campaign hard (assuming he runs again). He’ll be a tough candidate for anyone to beat for that seat.
I, myself, think not of myself as an “indentured Republican,” but rather as merely one who is indentured to the Republicans. There is a difference. Fore, (Fore?) one must not allow a “Stepford Wife” syndrome to over take one.

Hello go check out KOTA today .You wont find it on ksfy kelo or kdlt today yet .It says democratic offices in Rapid City and Sioux Falls will close by the end of September for mishandling of funds.
I blogged about Democratic party mishandling of funds on another site .I had mentioned it hadn’t been covered by our local news .Well shoot me in the foot .I was informed it had already been covered .So I did some checking.What I found was it said they were closing because of COSTS.Thanks a little different than missing money .Don’t ya think!!!!!!!
