6 Thoughts on “Sioux Falls Mayoral Candidate David Z on the Police

There’s more. Police are used to harass you when you contest the mayors actions. Huether recruited my neighbor to call the police monthly 12 times while I had the city in court regarding constitutional due process. There was never a charge against me or even an explanation of why multiple police cars always showed up at my home. I had to threaten privately suing my neighbor for making false charges. I’m aware of another someone whose neighbors were recruited to make unjustified calls. Similarly, he had to threaten private legal action. The same someone was jailed before he could make a public comment presentation regarding Denty siding.

One thing for certain is the city unethically uses the police in this manner because they have no other means. Per the judicial ordinance they don’t allow access into court. You can only go after their ignorant enlisted private citizen.

There seems to be no way to cure their devious tactics. I tried several times for attention at city personnel. They won’t take a complaint and threaten you.

I advise David Zocaites to back off. It’s like dealing with Putin. They’ll make you disappear.

I’m moving to a neighboring city this week. I’m a combat vet disappointed with civil rights abuse inside Sioux Falls city limits. It’s a Putin style autocracy. What’s important now is to establish a DMZ so the city can’t annex all American neighboring communities. Keep your terrorists inside the Berlin Wall.

They’re not police. They’re bouncers. They won’t incorporate body cameras so they won’t get caught bullying citizens.

Candidate “Z” is very tall. If he was arrested, an officer would have to stand on the shoulders of an assisting officer in true Catfish Bay fashion to make it happen.

While I understand the premise of this argument, I have personally never had any issues with the Sioux Falls Police Department, in fact, I go out of my thank them for keeping me and my fellow neighbors safe everday. Everytime I get the chance, I say thank you.

There is a way to talk to a police offer when pulled over, and there is a way NOT to talk to them. They are simply doing their job, yes, you have rights that protect you, but you also cannot intentionally combat or attack or make the job difficult for that officer anymore than he can question you.

Whenever I got pulled over, I actually found myself having a nice, respecting, dialogue with the Officer whether it be the SF PD, Sheriff, or Highway Patrol.

I have learned, that when you handle yourself respectfully, you can educate the officer, and if you pay attention, he can educate you, and that leads to a pretty positive converation.

I have never had a police officer disrespect my “Natural Rights”, not sure what you all mean by Civil Rights – which are ‘government privileged rights” given to you by force of law.

I think those who seek trouble, will always repeatly find trouble.

I think as a Businessmen, I find it more useful to cooperate with the Police Department, than work against them.

Afterall – the POLICE main job is to “protect, secure, and serve” the Commercial Interests of the City.

When they do that, they keep the community safe.

The newest edition of the video game SimCity has a new challenge. In it, players are asked to choose between preventing a parading mob from taking over an interstate system versus ushering them towards a shopping mall parking lot which has landscaping that consists of large rocks. #WhatWouldYouDo?
