The Sioux Falls 2022 City Election is getting interesting. Why has there been so much anger by certain members when legitimate questions are asked? Why is there so much anger when any audits are talked about? Ask your candidates how they stand and what they might want to hide.

Big mistake for any kind of audit. The city would end up in state and federal court for years. Services would be suspended to pay legal expenses. It’s better to accept the corruption, fraud, and unconstitutional actions. At least then there will be snow removal and some potholes filled. Without federal intervention prevailing Strong Arm Charter is the oligarchy citizens must accept.
Well, he’s in a competitive race as an incumbent who hasn’t run before in most of his newly redistricted central district. So, he was probably made the point man of opposition by the city council establishment concerning an audit to make him look like a leader and to hopefully get him some positive press for his re-election.
My guess, however, is that he’ll be in a run-off in that district, and whoever gets in that with him has a really good chance of beating him, and he knows that and shows it, and so does the establishment.
Big “I’m Moe Green – I made my bones when you were going out with cheerleaders” energy from Curt.
Say, did you guys all get ThuneHaken’s new GOP post card with all four of them lined up like a Republican Mt. Rushmore? They’re like The Fab Four of politics. They even have names like John and Paul and Dusty has a fun name which makes him the Ringo. I guess Mikey is George…. Subconscious plagiarism anyone? Or, is that subconscious: “Republicans make sure to get out and vote for Paul…. He’s Thune’s Mini-Me”…. #NextInLine #HandPicked #LetsKeepThisThingGoing
“I liked how ThuneHaken’s most recent post card shows him wearing a mask”…. “That must have been before his ‘No’ vote, huh?”…. #73%ChickenSandwichLandslide #Incredible!
