Both have curb appeal. One pays property tax. Doesn’t matter how long it takes to finish the mansion. Keep the grass mowed and the city in court.

A member of the Astor family, who spent sometime in Sioux Falls to get a quickie divorce back in the day, was instrumental in raising the funds for the Cathedral…. Oh, the irony there…. But then again, the Pope stood for that one…. 😉
