Trump has focused National Guard occupation in larger cities of Democrat states. More fascism. One remedy would be to furlough one cop for each soldier. Put the National Guard on the street without ammo and arrest authority. Release prisoners from the jail to take away automatic weapons of rich boy soldiers. Noem could come and march Guardsmen back to Texas in their white boxers.
