Yesterday on the ‘100 Eyes’ show, Patrick Lalley said they are eagerly awaiting the ruling in their suit against the city. It was filed last Friday.

The Argus tried. It must cost a lot to rig a court case. An appeal into State Supreme Court should be timed for closer to before Huether runs for Governor.
I got the feeling from reading the conclusion that Pekas was encouraging them to appeal to the supreme court since his hands were tied with state law.
