The Baby Boomers were the last legacy employees. Today, employment is like a hit song and employees are always looking for a new tune.
AI will soon be a cold reality for many, however. Then, any job will do or will have to. AI will most likely end the convenience of the revolving door and most likely trap us all in one where we can look out, but not escape.
AND, when they stop talking about AI will be when you know it’s too late. That will be the eye of the perfect storm… and then stay away from the glass, if you can….

I doubt turnovers are because of morale. They leave immediately once they discover Strong Mayor dishonesty and criminal corruption.
