There’s a whole lot of crazy going on in that picture….
I get the feeling citizens do not want to change local corruption. They voted for Strong Mayor Charter and allow multimillion dollar projects, TIF’s, and fraud without contempt. In this atmosphere David doesn’t have a chance.
