Besides Erickson announcing her mayoral candidacy today, she also said she is engaged (to another human being 🙂 Heels pulled all the stops, besides having the entire board of directors from the Chamber there in support, she had many current and former local politicians there, including Greg Neitzert (I am going to assume he will be assisting the campaign in one way or another, or maybe considering an At-Large run for council? I wondered why I haven’t gotten any short story texts from him in awhile? As for Christine herself, she looked like she hit the salon and the spa right after the gym, damn, she looked good! Pay attention future candidates! Hit the gym NOW! If Christine does become mayor, she will make many precedents; First female mayor, First city councilor to be elected mayor, and first Single mayor? Though she staged some engagement 🙂
Let’s not fool ourselves, we should just have the election for mayor next week and install the winner next year, why waste a year of our time when we know who the next mayor will be. I hate the predictability of this city, but you know what they say; Sh!t in, Sh!t out.

I too, feel that there is a very strong likelihood she will be elected. Let’s hope she can distance herself from PTH during the campaign.
So, let me get this right. She held an engagement to announce her announcement, which at that time she also used her announcement as an opportunity to engage the audience in her engagement. Is that right?
AND, what about her new husband? I heard he’s short. So, with her heels, does that cause him to really look up to her?

Oh, and also, I would normally be very cynical about all of this, but I do think we have reached a time in our society when a mayor can be single, but engaged, but still available to the public without too much announcement or presence, don’t you think?

Erickson Ex formerly dated January Jones. Finally, he’s realized Erickson was a mistake. Try all the beauty tricks and heels, you’ll never compare to the actress. Announcing for mayor at a public meeting and including a formal engagement announcement tells me becoming mayor is a schizophrenic action. Soon she’ll put major miles on the state airplane and want a 737 for ICE travel. What if Noem and Erickson run for president/vp? Campaign could be paid for with Qatar airline miles. What’s happening in this country? Maybe this is a new ROMCOM movie except it’s divorces and queen stars.

If Trump continues to mess with the credibility of the Fed and the Dollar, then that will be his legacy more than Epstein.
