I loved that, it was so funny. And then when she asked the woman what she did, she said she was a teacher. Sarah and her daughter said OH. I don’t think they expected that. They expected someone as dense as they are.
And then the goons trying to block the camera.
I liked it when Sarah was elated about someone wanting her to still be governor.
I hate to say it, but the last kid in the chain is probably the smartest. I wonder how much he will show up in the show?
You couldn’t pay me enough to watch her show.
I’ll give her some credit for hanging in there and trying to find some common ground. She could’ve pulled a Biden and called her a “smart ass”, but didn’t.
I liked the Teacher reaction too, she wanted to say:
“Oh, so you’ve been programmed to oppose & despise me by your union, how’s that workin’ out for ya?”
Put her in the general population and the ‘beauty queen world peace comments’ are all she’s got.
This woman will continue to stink up the republican party until november, when the GOP will wake up and figure out that she is more trouble than she’s worth.
I also enjoy how she’s like “I’m a celebrity?” “You think I am?” well duh. The look also when figuring out the gal is a teacher…priceless. The lilt is enough though when she’s talking and then faced with confrontation she gets louder. UGH! But boy…she’s a good lookin female huh?
Hustler made a porno honoring her.
For the life of me I still cannot figure out why anyone on the right would want to be associated with Palin. She isn’t intelligent or articulate, she surely can’t debate anyone of moderate intellect, she doesn’t appear to have any sense of understanding of complex concepts or key issues, and she seems to believe when the going gets tough – it is easier to just quit than face her critics head on. Then again all but one of those traits applied to Bush too and he seemed to do ok for himself – so maybe I’m off base here.
The Democrats are doing their best to try to keep her in the spotlight because they are just salivating over the idea that she could be the GOP nomination for President in 2012, but unfortunately for the GOP… I don’t see any of them trying to steal her limelight.
As Lee Iacocca said… “where have all the leaders gone?”
Then again – I guess in the day and age of people like Kate Gosselin and Heidi Montag, it does not shock me in the slightest that people are so infatuated with her. Trends come and go, but the American public never tires of a good trainwreck.

But she’s so goshdarn folksy. Most conservatives dislike anyone they see as an “intellectual”, with the possible exception of William F. Buckley Jr.
I attended the Noem – Herseth debate today. I got the same feeling from Noem. She is folksy, but doesn’t know the issues. Steffy mopped the floor with her.
I’m originally from Hamlin County (Hayti) in South Dakota but have lived in Albany, New York for ten years now. I once told an absolutely gorgeous bartender who was wearing a very low cut revealing dress that she had “nice pearls” and she actually thought I was talking about her necklace. Somehow I think I’d get the same reaction from Sarah Palin.
