  1. Giving the Copper Lounge follow up subtle remorse is welcomed by the governor. Buying something downtown was a good gesture. Fortunately, Huether stayed out of the way for the disaster and cleanup. I suspect it’s because city inspections were inferior.

  2. Will he run for the US House? Is Dusty merely a placeholder? How do you run against someone, whom you said that you liked and voted for last time even though they were a member of the other political party at the time? Is this merely a 9/11 play or a turf play?….. Time will tell……

  3. Good point Dan. Wonder why we didn’t see the Mayor at Copper Lounge collapse at large and in charge?

  4. I suspect the real reason MMM has avoid the Copper Lounge collapse is because he is likely a Legacy investor.

  5. Frankie, I wondered the same thing. Where was MMM, who loves the spotlight.

Our mayor (or perhaps his wife) as a Legacy investor.

    Won’t that be interesting.

If so, wonder how he will try to keep the results of the OSHA investigation QUIET!?

  6. agree that mmm has to be involved somehow with legacy. he loves the spot light, and has called press conferences to announce his bowel movements.

  7. WOW… The mayor and councilors were MIA during a obvious opportunity for grand standing. This is an astute observation.
