As far as I’m concerned Rupert Murdoch is the main reason this nation is so splintered. The hypocrisy of fox news knows no bounds. We’ve all heard of the aljazerra network? You know, the middle east network that aids and abetts terrorists by giving them airtime to show beheadings, let terrorists get out their message. Stuff like that. We don’t allow their terrorist stuff to be shown here, and sometimes, for good rerason. Why give em an audience? Right? Well not fox news. They operate in a different way than most “news” outlets.
Murdoch has made his fortune on sensationalist news reporting. He also never stops to wonder if what goes out on the air and print is tasteful at all – hence his London paper’s giant picture of the Admiral Belgrano sinking with the giant headline “Gotcha” during the Falklands war.
