The ancient mummy of a mysterious young woman, known as the Ukok Princess, is finally returning home to the Altai Republic this month.
She is to be kept in a special mausoleum at the Republican National Museum in capital Gorno-Altaisk, where eventually she will be displayed in a glass sarcophagus to tourists.
Basically brittle and popcorn. Hmmm, okay, but nothing to write home to mother about.
It is being held at Morningside Community Center. I have been told the meeting is going to get ‘interesting’. I think some citizens from the Spellerberg neighborhood will be attending . . .
UPDATE: I guess the Parks board approved going forward with the indoor pool at Spellerberg today at the meeting. I guess about 6 proponents showed up to the meeting and about 14 opponents showed up.
Don’t get me wrong, that is what the fund is for, (Item #33) in fact, I think the entertainment tax should be raised to pay off the bonds for the EC. It didn’t surprise me that the mayor wasted no time tapping the entertainment tax for Denny’s Grand Slam Premier Center before we have even broke ground.
Get ready good folks of Sioux Falls, you are going to see this mayor try to pull funds out of every cookie jar he can find in city hall to build this place. He’ll probably even try to take bottle caps and box tops from the employee break room.
