Scott Heidepriem believes he is qualified to be governor because he is in love with his wife?

While I enjoyed watching Scott’s 30 minute ad, that I found very informative about HIM and his love for his wife, I really didn’t get much else, accept, “Please Vote for me, and things will change.” Oh, I’m sure that is true, but what will change? How is a democratic governor going to negotiate with a Republican majority? I left the ballot blank in the governor’s race. Neither candidate earned my vote.

Why I deleted the Pavilion post about an upcoming visual artist event.

I found out this morning on my way to work there was a mis-communication between the Pavilion and the organizer Justin. It was not the Pavilion’s fault I was left from the artist listing, it was the Justin’s and he admits it. Either way, doesn’t matter. I am not participating because I really don’t want to raise any money for the Pavilion even if I still get 50%. The organizer knows that, and now the Pavilion knows that. Done deal.

I will however be promoting the event on this site and may come to the reception. Maybe some artist profiles would be nice.

Noem ad telling half the story

Once again, gotta love the spin (on both sides) during this segment of the recent Noem ad (screenshot below) the narrator says, “South Dakota Families losing their homes.” Well if you actually read the story you will see the highest percentage of foreclosures was houses over the $250,000 range, houses that most South Dakota families can hardly afford, and I guess these foreclosures are proving it. A bunch of wannabe rich Republicans found out the hard way.
